I would definitively recommend Rudner Law to anyone seeking advice and help in the related to the Employment Laws matters. I was recommended to this firm and checked out the google reviews which were quite impressive.I really wanted to find a firm that had the qualities of taking care of their clients and from what I read I believed that I had found a suitable lawyer for me.Our world is a different place, businesses closing down, people being laid off and losing their jobs is very hard to comprehend at the best of times and I became one of those people who required an employment lawyer.I was SHOCKED when I found out what this firm charges for an one hour consultation.To have an consultation with Mr. Rudner who I was referred to, was over $700. That is insane. I certainly believe that he deserves to be paid for his experience and time but that kind of money is beyond comprehension.You would think that during trying times with Covid upon us, that prices reflect our present situation.I did have two other choices with other people in the firm where it ranged from $375 up to $500.Paying rent, putting food on my table are my priorities and I feel as if RUDNER LAW is apart of the price gouging, taking advantage of people who need their help. SHAME ON THEM!!!!!

I have known Stuart for many years and when it came time to redo our employment agreements, he was my only call. He changed our simple 2 page contract to a detailed agreement that protects us and our employees and removed any doubt about our responsibilities under the current laws. We update the agreement every year to make sure it meets the current legislation and best practices. From Day 1, we had a clause to allow temporary layoffs. I had no clue at the time why Stuart included it in the agreement, but based on the current COVID-19 crisis, I'm glad that he proactively protected us by thinking ahead.

I had a consultation with Nadia Zaman due to changes in my company resulting in a new employee agreement. She was extremely helpful, courteous, polite, and explained the legal situation to me in simple terms. I never saw a lawyer before, and I never really heard great things about seeing one. I was worried they were going to nickel and dime me for every single thing, however they have been very fair, and answered my questions fairly. I would recommend them.
