Intake Coordinator
Rudner Law is an award-winning Employment Law firm providing strategic advice to employers and employees regarding all aspects of the employment relationship, including representation before courts, mediators and tribunals. We are seeking an Intake Coordinator to become a part of our virtual team!
Responsibilities
- answer incoming inquiries via telephone, email, text
- schedule new clients for Strategy Sessions
- set up documents and files for Strategy Sessions and introductory meetings
- track referrals
- data entry
- open files
- prepare/send standard correspondence
- client check ins
- provide administrative support to lawyers
- other duties and tasks as assigned
Requirements
- excellent telephone manner
- experience handling difficult calls professionally
- must be tech-savvy
- sales or call center experience is an asset
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- clear understanding of privacy and confidentiality
- must be detail oriented, organized, with excellent time management skills
- must have private office space and a secure, reliable internet connection
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Clio Grow and Manage
- Experience with Google Workspace
- Experience in a law firm setting is an asset
