Legal Assistant
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
Rudner Law is an award-winning Employment Law firm providing strategic advice to employers and employees regarding all aspects of the employment relationship, including representation before courts, mediators and tribunals. We are seeking a Legal Assistant to become a part of our virtual team!
Responsibilities
- providing general assistance to the lawyers
- drafting correspondence
- court filing and service
- maintaining and organizing files
- managing administrative tasks, including time entry, scheduling of appointments and coordinating meetings
- other duties and tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Legal Assistant or Law Clerk Diploma from a recognized school
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Employment law and/or litigation experience is an asset
Proficiency with technology such as Google Workspace, Clio, MS Office - As this is a remote role, you must have dedicated office space and a secure, reliable internet connection
