Performance Improvement Plans

Have you recently found yourself subject to performance management, or receiving negative performance reviews? Not sure how to respond?

In many cases, the employer is trying to push you out the door, and the worst thing that you can do is quit. The second-worst thing you can do is ignore it or fail to respond.

We routinely work with clients that find themselves the subject of performance concerns. Often, it is unexpected, and sometimes it comes after years or even decades of positive reviews. In those cases, it is usually the person’s manager that has changed, and not their performance or ability.

We will work with you to help you protect yourself and your rights, and we will ensure that you don’t act in haste and compromise your position. If the situation cannot be rectified, then we will advocate on your behalf to ensure that your rights are respected and that you are compensated in the event that they are not.
