HRPA Northwestern Ontario: Managing Human Rights Claims and Costs

Join Stuart Rudner as he leads this advanced level workshop where participants will leave with the ability to implement a complete approach to prevent and address complicated human rights issues related to various code grounds, including those related to gender identity and transitioning staff members.
Participants will learn strategies to mitigate liability and cost in the event of a claim and how to navigate updated Human Rights Tribunal processes.
