HRPA’s HR Power Lunch: Managing Accommodations with Brittany Taylor

This webinar will provide general guidance to help attendees understand the duty to accommodate, including an employer’s legal obligations when receiving a request for accommodation from an employee, limits on the duty to accommodate, how to effectively evaluate and respond to requests for accommodation, and how to overcome common hurdles in the accommodation process. This session will also explore remote work as a form of accommodation, including in what circumstances such a request may be reasonable.
