On March 25, 2014, Stuart will be part of a panel discussion for the Ontario Bar Association’s joint lunch program between the Canadian Corporate Counsel Association (CCCA) and the Labour & Employment Section. The discussion will focus on preventative strategies in the unfortunate event of a disgruntled employee.Stuart’s presentation in particular will focus on preventing “blowups” and further escalation of conflict through social media, and will also also touch on best practices for social media use policies at work.
