This is the most extensive Handbook option. The Handbook will contain all policies included in the Silver Package plus many other policies that will increase your rights, as well as any policies that you identify as important to the operation of your specific workplace. This would include all policies contained in our most comprehensive Handbook template.

Optional Add-Ons

1. Retainer and Subscription Services

This service ensures that the policies in your Handbook remain up to date whenever there is a change to the law. If a change occurs, an updated version of the policy/policies will automatically be sent to you to replace the obsolete version in your Handbook. It would also provide a set amount of legal services each month, so you don’t have to worry about the cost of every call or email.

The monthly fee would cover:

  1. Ongoing updates to policies to ensure compliance with legislative changes
  2. Up to an agreed upon number of hours of legal advice per month to deal with all regular employment law matters (aside from litigation)

2. Training on Health and Safety, Harassment and Violence and the AODA for your employees

3. Employment Law 101 training for managers and supervisors
